Pricing

Pay per tender you run. Not per seat, not per bid, never a share of the contract.

A process costs the same whether five suppliers bid or fifty. Bekom bringing you more qualifying bidders is the point of it, so it never raises your bill.

No VAT is added. A paid notice is paid before it publishes, from your Bekom wallet, by bank transfer or with ZiziPay. Every buyer is verified by a person at Bekom before publishing. Bekom has no say in your award decision, and where the law requires you to advertise elsewhere, that still applies.

What it comes to

A small buyer, 2 notices a year

R1 500 in the first year (the first is free), then R3 000

A mid-sized buyer, 12 a year

R16 500 in the first year, then R18 000 on Team

A large buyer, 60 a year

R58 500 on Team (15 included, 45 at R900), or R72 000 on Enterprise with the API

Why not per bid?

Charging per bid would make you pay more the better Bekom reaches suppliers, and reward telling bidders to email you instead. Per notice keeps us on your side.

Why not per user?

Evaluators change from one process to the next. Seat pricing pushes people to share logins, and shared logins break the record of who did what.

Why never a percentage?

A fee that depends on who wins would give Bekom an interest in your award. It has none, and the price is built so it never will.
